Stickers & Graphic Decals

Custom-shaped stickers and graphic decals produced in multiple materials, finishes and supply formats for branding, promotions, decoration and applied graphics.

Plan the Right Sticker Format

The right sticker starts with how it will be supplied and applied. Format, material, artwork and finish are considered together before the construction is confirmed.

FORMAT

Individual, Sheet or Roll

Choose individual die-cut pieces, kiss-cut sheets or roll supply according to how the stickers will be handled, distributed and applied.

MATERIAL

Paper, Vinyl & Film

Select the material around the application surface, required flexibility, handling conditions and intended product appearance.

ARTWORK

Shape, Color & Detail

Finished dimensions, cut lines, fine details, color areas and white ink requirements are reviewed against the artwork and production method.

FINISH

Surface & Visual Effect

Matte, gloss, clear, holographic, domed or transfer effects are selected according to the intended look and finished sticker construction.

From Sticker Artwork to Finished Supply

After the sticker format is selected, the artwork, cutting method, printed result and finished supply specifications are reviewed and approved before production.

Sticker & Graphic Decal FAQs

Practical answers about finished format, artwork, cutting, material selection and pre-production confirmation.

What information is needed for a custom sticker quote?

Please provide the finished size and shape, quantity, intended application surface, artwork or reference image, and the preferred supply format. It is also helpful to describe whether the project needs individual pieces, sticker sheets, rolls, a transfer construction or a particular visual effect.

What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut stickers?

A die-cut sticker is cut through the face material and backing so the finished piece follows the outer shape of the artwork. A kiss-cut sticker is cut through the face material while remaining on a larger backing sheet. Kiss-cut formats are often selected for multiple designs on one sheet or for small, detailed shapes that are easier to handle with surrounding backing.

Should stickers be supplied as individual pieces, sheets or rolls?

Choose individual pieces for separately distributed stickers, sheets when several designs or sizes should stay together, and rolls for repeated application or dispensing. For roll supply, the finished size, spacing, roll direction, core size and packing requirement should be confirmed before production.

What artwork files and cut details should be prepared?

Provide the best available artwork together with the intended finished dimensions. The cut path, border width, corners, fine details, color areas and any white ink requirement should be reviewed against the chosen material and finished format before the order is approved.

Can we review a sample or proof before bulk production?

Sample or proof arrangements depend on the selected sticker construction, artwork readiness and project requirements. Share the application, finished format and artwork so the appropriate pre-production confirmation can be discussed before bulk production is scheduled.
