Custom tamper-evident, holographic, serialized, RFID and NFC label solutions for product protection, authentication, traceability and connected interaction.
Explore functional labels for tamper evidence, concealed verification, unique-code authentication and connected product interaction.
Security seals that leave a visible VOID message or pattern when opening, removal or interference is attempted.
Fragile security labels that break into small pieces during attempted removal for warranty sealing and tamper indication.
Concealed PINs, verification codes and controlled information revealed only after the scratch-off layer is removed.
Unique QR codes for individual product verification, scan-based authenticity checks and matching digital records.
Contactless labels for tap or scan verification, connected product information and interactive digital experiences.
Once the protection objective is defined, the security construction, feature placement, variable information and finished supply details are reviewed together before production.
CONSTRUCTION
Product surface, label position and the required evidence after opening or removal are reviewed before selecting the security construction.
SECURITY FEATURE
Holographic effects, VOID patterns, destructible areas and scratch-off sections are positioned against the approved label layout.
VARIABLE DATA
Serialized QR codes and other changing information are checked for the agreed format, layout and verification process.
FINISHED SUPPLY
Security-feature placement, code readability, die-cut dimensions, label spacing, roll direction and packing are confirmed before finished supply.
The security function depends on precise coordination between the face material, adhesive response, security printing, variable information and finished supply format.
TAMPER-EVIDENT CONSTRUCTION
Holographic PET, VOID transfer films and destructible stocks are paired with an adhesive response suited to the product surface and the evidence required after removal.
HOLOGRAM & VARIABLE DATA
Holographic artwork, QR codes, serial numbers and other changing information are produced with controlled registration, contrast and readability.
FINISHING & QUALITY CONTROL
Cutting accuracy, security-feature placement, code readability, label spacing, roll direction and packing are checked before bulk production is released.
Practical answers about opening evidence, visible authentication, serialized verification, connected identification, and project sampling.
Choose the construction according to what should happen when opening or removal is attempted. VOID labels leave a visible message or transfer pattern, while destructible labels fragment and are difficult to remove intact. Scratch-off layers can instead protect concealed information until intentional use. The application surface, label position, acceptable residue, and required evidence should be reviewed and tested on the actual product or closure.
Hologram security labels provide a visible optical feature that buyers, distributors, or inspectors can check on the product. They can also be combined with tamper-evident constructions, serial numbers, or variable codes when more than one verification layer is required. Unlike decorative holographic stickers, the artwork, feature placement, and verification method should be planned specifically for authentication and brand protection.
Provide the code values or generation rules, serial-number format, human-readable data, destination URLs, matching logic, and the required production-record format. Also define who will scan the code and what result they should receive. Codes can be combined with holographic features or protected beneath a scratch-off layer, but size, contrast, quiet zones, placement, and the complete verification journey should be confirmed before production.
Confirm whether the label is intended for contactless identification, inventory use, product interaction, or another connected workflow. Provide the product and packaging materials, available label area, reading device, required reading range, encoding or data scope, and application environment. Inlay selection and final construction must be evaluated together, especially near metal, liquids, curved surfaces, or other conditions that can affect performance.
Our standard minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Small-batch sampling is also available before bulk production; customers are responsible for the sampling fee and shipping cost. For tamper-evident, serialized, RFID, or NFC projects, the sampling objective should be defined in advance so the relevant adhesion, tamper response, scanning, encoding, or reading performance can be evaluated.
