Product Overview

We manufacture custom freezer and cryogenic labels for refrigerated storage, frozen products, cold-chain packaging, laboratory containers and application-specific low-temperature environments. The correct construction depends on whether the label is applied at room temperature or directly to a chilled or frozen surface, as well as the minimum storage temperature, exposure duration, thermal cycles, condensation and container material. Face material, adhesive, printing and protection are reviewed as one complete label system.

Product Features

Application-Condition Selection

Adhesive is selected according to whether the label is applied to a clean room-temperature surface or under chilled, frozen or damp conditions.

Low-Temperature Adhesion

Material and adhesive systems can be reviewed for retention through specified freezer or cryogenic storage conditions.

Moisture and Thermal Cycling

Constructions can be planned for condensation, frost, thawing and repeated movement between controlled temperature zones.

Reliable Identification

Custom printing can include sample information, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and other fixed or variable data.

Materials and Finishes

Material Options

  • Low-temperature polypropylene film
  • Low-temperature polyester film
  • Cryogenic synthetic label material
  • Freezer-grade paper for suitable packaging
  • Wraparound constructions for small containers
  • Other materials on request

Printing and Finish Options

  • Custom color and text printing
  • Sequential numbering
  • Barcode and QR code printing
  • Thermal-transfer printable options
  • Moisture-resistant protection after review
  • Custom die cutting

Low-temperature performance applies to the complete construction. Face material, adhesive, ink, coating, liner, container surface, application method and storage cycle must be evaluated together, and samples should be tested in the actual process.

Product Specifications

Storage Profile Specified by minimum temperature, duration, moisture and thermal cycles
Compatible Containers Reviewed glass, plastic, vials, tubes, boxes and packaging surfaces
Size and Shape Customized according to container dimensions, curvature and artwork
Printing Custom colors, text, serial numbers, barcodes and QR codes
Surface Protection Moisture- and handling-resistant options after application review
Adhesive Selected according to surface, application temperature and storage profile
Additional Exposure Condensation, frost, immersion, chemicals and cleaning reviewed separately
Supply Format Rolls, sheets or individual labels
Artwork and Data AI or print-ready PDF; structured data file required for variable printing
MOQ and Lead Time Confirmed after temperature, surface, material, artwork and testing review

A label described as freezer-grade is not automatically suitable for every cryogenic process. Ultra-low storage, liquid immersion or direct liquid-nitrogen exposure requires a separately reviewed and tested construction.
