Custom Packaging & Brand Labels

Custom labels for bottles, jars, cartons and flexible packaging—planned around container shape, surface material, brand presentation and repeatable production.

Plan the Right Packaging Label

The right label starts with the package, not a preset material. Container surface, use conditions, brand presentation and application method determine the final construction.

Container & Surface

Bottles, jars, tubes, cartons and flexible packaging require label dimensions, materials and adhesives matched to their shape and surface.

Handling & Environment

Moisture, refrigeration, oils, repeated handling and storage conditions determine the required adhesive and material durability.

Brand Presentation

Paper texture, clear or white film, metallic effects, foil and embossing shape shelf appearance and the finished brand impression.

Application & Supply Format

Manual or machine application determines label size, gap, roll direction, core size and whether labels are supplied on rolls or sheets.

Finishes for Packaging & Brand Labels

Select finishing techniques around the label material, artwork and packaging application to add contrast, texture and stronger shelf recognition.

Metallic foil details on a custom packaging label METALLIC DETAIL Foil Stamping Adds controlled metallic highlights to logos, borders and selected artwork, helping packaging stand out without covering the full label.
Raised and recessed details on a textured paper label TACTILE DETAIL Embossing & Debossing Creates raised or recessed details that add tactile depth to logos, patterns and selected areas of paper-based labels.
Selective UV and contrasting print effects on custom labels SURFACE CONTRAST UV & Print Effects Uses gloss, matte or selective UV contrast to emphasize specific graphics and create a more dimensional printed surface.

Packaging & Brand Label FAQs

Practical answers about fitting labels to packaging, presenting your brand, sampling, premium finishes, and supply format.

How do I choose a label that fits my bottle, jar, tube, or carton?

Share the container material, shape, label area, and any tight curves, seams, or recessed panels, together with the filling, storage, and application conditions. We then recommend a label construction suited to the actual package. Testing on a filled production container is especially important when the label will encounter condensation, oil, refrigeration, or a small application radius.

How are brand colors and clear-label artwork confirmed before production?

Provide the final artwork and a clear color reference or approved physical sample where color consistency is important. On transparent materials, white ink can be used beneath selected artwork to add opacity and control how colors appear against the package. Because screens do not reproduce printed color or transparency exactly, the material, ink arrangement, and proofing route should be agreed before bulk production.

Which finishes can create a more premium branded appearance?

Options can include clear or metallic materials, white ink, foil stamping, embossing or debossing, gloss or matte lamination, and other decorative effects. The right combination depends on the artwork, label size, packaging surface, handling conditions, and desired shelf appearance, so feasibility is confirmed for each design rather than applying the same finish to every package.

What is the minimum order quantity, and can I order samples first?

Our standard minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs. Small-batch sampling is also available before bulk production; customers are responsible for the sampling fee and shipping cost.

Should packaging labels be supplied on rolls, sheets, or as individual pieces?

Rolls are normally preferred for automatic or higher-volume application, while sheets or individual pieces may suit manual packing and shorter application runs. If rolls are required, provide the applicator requirements, unwind direction, core size, gap, and maximum roll dimensions so the finished supply is compatible with your packing line.
